How a consultation works

1. Book your appointment

Choose your service and a time that suits you. You will receive a confirmation with video call or phone details straight away.

2. Complete your intake form

Download the client intake form (see above), fill it in, and email it back before your appointment. It covers your pet's history, diet, lifestyle, and current health concerns so we can make the most of your time together.

3. Your online consultation

We meet via video or phone for a thorough, unhurried conversation about your cat or dog's health. No rushing, no generic advice. Just focused attention on your pet as an individual.

4. Receive your written nutrition plan

After your consultation you will receive a written plan covering all dietary recommendations and next steps. Yours to keep, share with your vet, and refer back to as you watch your pet improve.

Cancellation policy: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
